Troubleshooting
Create Your Free Account
You only need one DYDI account for the entire learning platform. Create your account and use the same login for the School of Discipleship, School of the Holy Spirit, and In Crowd Connections.
Enroll in a Class
Explore the available classes and select the class you want to take. You can enroll in classes from more than one school without creating another account.
Find a Class You've Already Started
Go to My Courses to find the classes you’re taking. Open a class to continue your lessons and pick up where you left off.
Work Through a Class
Classes are divided into lessons, making it easy to work through the material a little at a time. Your progress is saved to your account, so you can leave and come back whenever you’re ready.
Complete a Lesson
Be sure to complete each lesson as you work through your class. If a class includes a quiz or another required activity, complete it as instructed so your progress is recorded correctly.
Earn Your Certificate
Eligible DYDI classes include a certificate of completion. After you successfully finish the required material for a class, your certificate will become available through the learning platform.
Login
Returning to DYDI Schools? Log in to your account using your email address or username and password. Then visit My Courses to continue learning.
Change Your Password
You can change your password from your account settings after you log in. Choose a password you can remember but that you do not use for other important accounts.
Forgot Your Password
Visit the login page and use the password reset option. Follow the instructions sent to your email, and check your Spam or Junk folder if you don’t see the message after a few minutes.

Do I need an account for each school?
No. Create your account once and use it throughout DYDI Schools.
Where are my classes?
Log in and go to My Courses to see your enrolled classes and continue where you left off.
Can I take more than one class?
Yes. You can enroll in classes across the DYDI learning platform and keep them together under the same account.
Do I have to finish a class all at once?

Are classes free?
Yes. DYDI Schools is free to use. Create your free account and begin exploring classes.
Will I receive a certificate?
Eligible classes provide a certificate of completion after you successfully finish the class requirements.
Can I take a class again?
Yes. You can return to your enrolled classes through My Courses and review lessons you’ve already completed.
Can I take classes on my phone or tablet?
Yes. You can access DYDI Schools from a computer, tablet, or smartphone using your web browser.
Will my progress be saved?
Yes. Your progress is saved to your DYDI account, so you can log out and return later to continue where you left off.
